Women's Fitness - How to Devise a Beneficial Home Exercising Program

At present the pressure on women to look perfect is stronger than ever before and unfortunately there are many extremes that you might go for such as a surgery, anorexia or bulimia. The messages from all kinds of media are relentless - perfection is the minimum standard. Still, you can accomplish slimming and reshaping your body the harder way round by working out and sticking to a healthy diet. The results might not come right away, but you will certainly find them more than beneficial. The key to success is to use a variety of exercises that allow for different processes in the body to take place. You do not even have to go to the gym or spend money on home fitness equipment.

Your exercising program should contain aerobic exercises. You can always have a jog in the morning or in the afternoon depending on your daily schedule. If you feel uncomfortable doing this, you can do it at home circling your back yard or the room. A fine alternative is to dance - play your favorite music and just enjoy yourself making those crazy movements. It is also a good idea to get a step and create some aerobics routines that you enjoy performing. This type of exercises should take around half an hour of your workout. If you feel that you can do more, you can gradually extend this time.

Many women tend to underestimate the importance of the anaerobic exercises. These are a bit harder to do, but they will shape your muscles perfectly and make your body look amazing. You should start with workouts for the arms and chest and continue with the ones for the back and for the abdomen. The ones for the hips and buttocks should come next followed by the ones for the thighs. Generally, you go from top to bottom. It is a good idea to have two different exercises for each muscle group so that you can have all of them worked out.

In the beginning you should do two sets of ten of each and then add a third one after two weeks. In the beginning you can break down the sets if you find the program too intensive. The key to success here is to have very short breaks between each set - no more than twenty seconds. The anaerobic exercises sessions should last around forty minutes initially. You should also include stretching in your workouts. At the end of each session you should devote some time approximately five to ten minutes to these exercises.

It is a good idea not to do the aerobic and anaerobic workouts together. In case you do not have the time you can reduce the time of each of the two sessions to fill an hour. You can do twenty minutes of the former and thirty of the latter, but still keep the stretching. The number of times a week that you should exercise is really up to you. However, you have to have at least an entire day rest between each workout so that it can be optimally effective.

Skinny fat... Skinny Obese... they are the same thing and now they are finally becoming more important to talk about. So what exactly is skinny fat?

Skinny fat or skinny obese is appearing to be thin, but your body is mushy because you have more body fat then you do lean muscle. Essentially it's the same thing as being obese with the same risks and it show the importance of lean muscle mass in your body.

You might now be wondering how to people get skinny fat? It's a good question and it usually happens because people don't ever use resistance training. They just end up dieting and doing cardio forever... if that's you then you need to look at what you're doing.

Skinny Toned Women Don’t Diet

In today’s world, women are told to look at Hollywood for the example of what to look like and how to train. However, that is the last place you should look. Hollywood actresses go through all extremes of weight gain to weight loss for their movies... so don’t follow them.

Real skinny and toned women don’t diet and don’t fast. They do a few things consistently and that makes all the difference.

They eat high protein diets

Toned women weight train and because of that they also eat high protein diets. These diets help their bodies burn maximum amounts of body fat and it also really helps to support their lean muscle mass.

This in turn helps to keep their metabolism revved up all day long.

They eat a lot

Toned women also understand that long periods where no food is consumed slows down you metabolism and can make it easier for your body to pack on fat.

You want to keep you metabolism revved all day long and the only way to do that is to eat 5 to 6 meals a day. Your body will consistently be breaking down food and using it as energy and that keep your metabolism high.

Junk food doesn’t exist

Toned women don’t eat junk food... and they don’t eat food with unhealthy chemicals. Even if your using the right programs and exercises to lose weight, you can be sabotaging everything by eating the wrong food.

Toned women eat clean diets and very rarely allow themselves to emotionally eat or scarf down junk. They build a new eating habit that burns fat and support lean, curvy, long muscle mass.

How Women Can Defeat Their Chances of Getting Breast Cancer

Women are having to deal with more cancer issues than many men these days. The newest cancer that has really begun to hit the TV commercials is heart disease. For the longest time, most people thought that heart disease was mainly regulated to men, but now more evidence supports women are just as if not more at risk.

This is on top of breast cancer. Breast cancer has always been a struggle with most women. While I have never had breast cancer, I have known many women who have suffered with this terrible disease. If there is one thing that you need to know in today's world... it's you must live healthy and take care of yourself. Here is an article I wrote about breast cancer and how to lower your risk.

Women have it really tough these days. Not only are the incidents of breast cancer going up, but so are women’s incidents of heart disease. Being a women is really tough in today’s world, but there is one thing that we as women need to do more than anything else... take care of ourselves.

You may have thought that breast cancer is something really really can’t do that much about or that your genetics are the only thing that will determine whether you get it or not. To a degress that’s true, but your lifestyle also will determine your chances. If you don’t exercise or eat terrible then you are at a high risk.

However, that said, if you exercise, you can drastically reduce the chances of you getting breast cancer (even heart disease). According to a study done by the University of South Carolina, women that exercise regularly and who are physically fit are less likely to die from breast cancer.

The study looked at 14,000 women between the ages of 20 to 83... all of whom had zero history of breast cancer. These women where watched over a long time and were divided into three groups according to their level of fitness. They were either low fitness, moderate fitness activity, or high fitness activity.

The results speak for themselves as the low fitness activity women were three times as likely to die from breast cancer as those women who were in the high fitness activity category.

Bottom line, fitness activity... doing the right type of fitness... can and will save your life. You have to realize that quality of life is more important than money or anything like that. If you are sick all the time, tired, and miserable... then all the money or love will do nothing for you.

With the risks of health concerns constantly going up, make sure you workout (such as weight training for women) and you can fight off cancer, disease, and look darn good in the process.
